Who we are

All our churches enjoy working together for the glory of God in this area. Some events are put on by CTiB themselves, like the Good Friday Walk of Witness, Lent courses, summer picnics and carol singing outside local supermarkets. Other events are hosted by individual churches with CTiB members invited to join in, like our events for the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity and shared prayer and worship events. Individual members of one CTiB congregation will regularly visit the others, taking messages of support and encouragement around the area.

By sharing in these events we learn together the breadth of different ways that God works in people’s lives, and are able to collectively witness to our local area. When we do so, we say to the people of Beckenham that there are many ways that we can express our faith, but it is one Christ who is our Saviour and that we are all following.
